At White Wedding and Event Company we have an enviable reputation for creating stunning tented events from the elegance of a country wedding at home to the contemporary ‘wow’ of a themed party at a venue. However, managing the planning, build and logistics of these structures does involve a high level of skill and experience and they truly test all our skills as planners, but the end results are very special and always bespoke to you!

From the initial site visit to assess suitability to managing the marquee build leading up to your event, we have experience of working with some of the very best suppliers in the industry, from traditional to contemporary marquees, fabulous stylists and lighting companies and inspiring florists, who will all work together to create a unique celebration for you.
From design and styling through to the logistics of power and catering kitchens, layout, parking, lighting and heating, carpet and chair choices to mention but a few, we manage the entire process, working with you and all your suppliers as a single point of contact to ensure everything runs smoothly both before the event and throughout the day.

If you are considering a marquee event but do not have a site, we are able to help you with locations where you can organise a wedding or event tailored to your unique requirements.
Many of our clients are able to use land at home for their marquee, but if not, we work with hotels, barn venues and lots of other independent and private sites where marquees and tents are an option, ranging from a field to a stately home.
