We
often meet brides who don't always want or need to hire
a wedding planner - either Mum is helping, you have always
wanted to do all the planning yourself, or perhaps it just
isn't in your budget. But where do you start, in what order
should everything be done and what are the latest trends
and fashions?
By
popular demand, we now offer one-to-one wedding workshops
with Sue covering any or all aspects of planning your wedding
at whatever stage in the process you have got to. If you
are newly engaged we give you our top tips on venue choice,
questions you should be asking your potential suppliers,
how to get the best deals from suppliers, which order should
everything be booked in and not forgetting how to manage
your budget and get the very best for your money.
Sue
will also give you advice on etiquette, how to get round
all those tricky issues with invitations, seating plans,
dress code etc. and give you those important tips from the
wedding planner's little black book! Trends and fashions
are something we keep up to date on, and together we can
create a 'storyboard' of the look you want on your wedding
day, giving you something to show suppliers as you work
through your planning.
The
workshop is held at your home and can involve the groom,
your Mum, or maybe your best friend – the choice is yours.
Lasting up to three hours and costing £250 this one-to-one
consultation will give you all the tools you need to plan
your own wedding, but should you later decide to hire us
to plan or manage your day, 50% of this fee is refundable.
