couples find they are happy to organise all the suppliers
and arrangements themselves but would like an extra helping
hand on the day. This is particularly the case for a marquee
wedding or event where you don’t have a dedicated in-house
function manager that typically a hotel venue would provide.
Attention to detail and ensuring nothing is left to chance
leaves you, your family and guests free to enjoy your special
day without any worry or stress. We meet you at your venue
prior to the wedding and discuss all the details of your day
including timings and suppliers, then double-check all your
arrangements the week before the wedding. On the day, we act
as a spare pair of hands behind the scenes, making sure everything
runs smoothly, from the time the first supplier arrives until
late in the evening when the dancing begins!
